This is our family home, so ask guests to refrain from smoking anywhere inside the guest house.

Please let us know if you will need access outside our regular hours, which are:
- Arrivals after 3.30pm.
- Departures by 11.00am.
- Breakfast served 07.30 - 09.30 am.

We are Pet Friendly (Room 1) and ask guests not to leave your pet unattended or feed them in the bedroom. We have a large garden & plenty of open spaces nearby.
