By road: We are on the A48, 12 miles south west of Gloucester, 16 miles north east of Chepstow, approximately 1 hour from Bristol Airport, 1 hour 30 minutes from Birmingham Airport and 2 hours 15 minutes from London Heathrow.

If you plan to cross the M48 old Severn Road Bridge, you will need to have £5.10 in cash for the toll; there is no charge for the return journey from Chepstow to Bristol.

On entering the village of Newnham, Swan House is about half way up the High Street approximately midway between The Clock Tower and St. Peters Church.

We are on a service road which runs parallel to, and is about 20 metres back from, the A48. We are two buildings down from The Ship Inn and signposted, so you can’t miss us!
