The front door is approached via 2 wide steps from the street. Assistance Dogs are welcome and porterage for luggage is available.
The guest accommodation is on three levels with Sitting Room, Dining Room and one bedroom on the ground floor.
The ground floor en-suite bathroom has a handrail over the bath, but is not accessible by wheelchair. A cordless kettle is provided in the ground floor bedroom, and are available on request for all other bedrooms. All bathrooms are equipped with baths with over-head showers, toilets and wash basins.
Two flights of stairs lead upto the first floor, 12 steps up to a double bedroom, and a extra 6 steps up to three further bedrooms. There is a handrail on the right side as you go up. Corridors have good colour contrast and are well lit.
In the Dining Room, china & serving mats also contrast in colour, waiter/waitress service is provided as standard and brochures and menus can be provided in large print.
All mobile phone networks are best reached from the Sitting Room. Service is patchy throughout the rest of the house.
